3. Pancit Lucban (Pancit Habhab)
Pancit Lucban is a famous noodle dish from Quezon. I have tasted this
dish when I ate at Buddy’s, a restaurant that specializes in dishes from
Quezon. It is commonly served in a banana leaf and you eat it without utensils.
You have to eat it like a burger but it’s a noodle dish, so can just imagine
how difficult (and messy) eating it for the first time would be.
